We structure your training programs around your capabilities and limitations. Our training principles are based around your posture. This form of training is designed to increase postural awareness, correct postural imbalances in your physique and allow your body to function better with injury prevention techniques used. The better your posture, the better you hold yourself and the better you look.

a comprehensive health and fitness system

The Team Inspired Bodies training philosophy is based on what we call “Threshold” training. 

Each individual has their own threshold which includes muscular strength and endurance, fatigue ratios and postural imbalances. We tailor our training sessions around these whilst keeping the session at a high intensity. 

“Train hard, train intensely and get adequate rest and recovery” then you get the results you desire.

Our face to face training is based on working slightly above your personal fitness limitations (Everyone has different limits, therefore intensity is scaled to push you), you will be yelled at, you will be encouraged, you will be pushed, you will be cared for, you will have a laugh, you will scream and abuse your coach and you will get results.
