All About Nutrition

The key to achieving your individual goals is nutrition, if you don’t fuel your body effectively and efficiently it won’t work properly. We cater our nutritional system on an individual basis, due to the fact that each person requires different nutrient and no body responds the same to what you eat.

Team Inspired Bodies is the brainchild of JC Cooper who holds tertiary qualification in Exercise Science and Nutritional Medicine. TIB was formed around one objective which has become the overall purpose of the TEAM,

“To create a health and fitness culture that is based on individuals needs within a caring, supportive and goals driven environment.”

Our objective is to assist each person to strive towards their individual goals, whether that be weight loss, increase muscle tone, gain lean muscle mass, sports specific training or rehabilitation and postural correction.

We complete postural assessments, specifically hip alignment, lumbar, shoulder rotation and many other body imbalances and train to make you look like the ‘Athlete’ with  lean, toned and structurally sound physiques are our goal for you.

Our face to face training is based on working slightly above your personal fitness limitations (Everyone has different limits, therefor intensity is scaled to push you as an individual), you will be yelled at, you will be encouraged, you will be pushed, you will be cared for, you will  laugh, you will scream, you will abuse your coach and you will get results.

At Team Inspired Bodies we base our nutrition system around your bodies responses to nutrients. Each person responds differently to food and it is by monitoring these responses that allows us to assist you in reaching your specific goal.

We monitor,
1.     Your toilet functions
2.     Your daily energy level and the fluctuations that occur
3.     Your sleep patterns
4.     Your general daily mood

Once we have monitored your bodies responses to the food that you are eating, we achieve a “blueprint” of what works for you and what doesn’t.

We work on tracking your nutrient values in a unique way,

1.     You complete the Team Inspired Bodies Nutritional Assessment form and submit to for evaluation
2.     Your TIB Nutrition Coach will then calculate your nutritional needs according to your form. This will include daily calories, carbohydrates, protein and fats. These macronutrient calculations will then be locked onto your profile as your DAILY GOAL
3.     You can then select any of the meal options available to you via our nutritional database
4.     The TIB nutrition system will then recalculate your nutritional requirements and provide a “Daily Goal Vs Daily Totals”
5.     By the end of your day simply match your GOAL with your TOTAL and you will have reached your requirements

Each 2 weeks more options will be loaded onto your TIB Nutrition System profile for you to have variety in what you eat.

You will have vegetarian and meat eater options as part of your profile to accommodate your nutritional beliefs.

Overview,

  1. Nutrition is the key component to achieving amazing results
  2. Phase 1 is 2 weeks in length
  3. Phase 2 is a manipulation of the results in Phase 1 ( we will change your nutritional ratios according to your phase 1 results)
  4. Phase 2 is ongoing until your body needs to change it up
  5. Phase 2 provides for flexible eating
  6. Phase 2 gives you access to 100s of delicious and nutritious recipes
  7. Phase 2 tracks your macro nutrients (follow your numbers)
  8. Each body responds differently
  9. Nutrition is not ‘one size fits all’

  • Team Inspired Bodies TRAINING – $50 per week via direct debit payments

You get unlimited sessions per week which includes Indoor Training Sessions at our new training facility – PCYC Newcastle. 

(PCYC membership required and not included in the TIB price)

You get unlimited outdoor Bootcamp style training sessions at our outdoor training location at Lambton Park, Lambton

You get the TIB NUTRITION PACKAGE FREE with the TRAINING PACKAGE

  • Team Inspired Bodies NUTRITION – $9.95 per week via direct debit payments

              You get access to the full nutrition system including,

  • Individualised nutrition plans
  • Nutrition Mentoring and coaching
  • Access to 100s of TIB Recipes
  • Unlimited nutritional alterations and check ins with your coach

  • Team Inspired Bodies ONLINE – $250 as a one off payment

Fully delivered online training and nutrition system delivered through the TIB mobile app and desktop version. We specifically design your training programs and meal plans (including alterations) and deliver it to you online within a specific schedule. The system will prompt you to train, show you how to train and what to do and tell you what to eat.

We all know that people experience anxiety over not only the way they look, but also the daunting thought of entering a gym when you think everyone in there is ‘like a supermodel or bodybuilder’. Your general gym is ‘ego central’ with more people looking at themselves in the mirror or on their phone than actually training. TIB have created a zero-ego environment, where you feel comfortable around a supportive and caring environment. We are selective with the people that come into our team as TIB is based on a non-judgmental culture whilst supporting one another to achieve your individual goals.
